Holiday gatherings just got a lot more fun. This little elf asks you various questions and records your answers. Just pass the elf around the room and have everyone submit their answer. Once he’s done, he then uses your responses to tell one of several included hilarious stories, with your voice altered to sound just like him!

I crafted the initial concept for this item and extracted a product strategy. The elf inspired the creation of a new program with multiple product extensions called Grab-n-Gabs. Tell the Elf was the bestseller in the program and spawned an iOS app that allowed people to play the game even while they were apart.
